Cancellation and Return Policies

GetGoCare.com thrives on providing you with great personal protective products.


We have an automatic system that starts the handling process of our orders as soon as they are placed. This helps us to ship orders as soon as possible. We are unable to cancel an order once it has been submitted.

If an incorrect address was input during the checkout, once the order is shipped and you receive the tracking information please contact our Customer Service Team.  We will gladly request a change of address with the carrier.


In an effort to make the process of returning an item or obtaining a refund as simple as possible, we kindly request that you reach out to our Customer Service Team within 30 days of receiving your product.

In the event of receiving a damaged product please provide our Customer Service Team with pictures of how you received the package in order to provide the feedback to our warehouse, this will help us improve our processes and practices to provide you and our other customers a better experience.

Unopened packages will be refunded. If the package has been opened, you must contact customer service before returning the product.

Please request a tracking number from the carrier when performing a return, so that you may trace the path of the package until we receive it in our distribution center. Returned to sender items that were refused, undeliverable or marked as unclaimed will be refunded once the package arrives back at our distribution center. Please allow us 24-48 hours to process return items and perform a refund to your payment method.
